I’ve decided to add around 40-60 more pages to this book. Not because I want it to be longer, but because I have a story that’ll work much better in this book than in the third (and final!) book of the series. The book will be called Suburban Hunger. Also, my sincerest apologies to anyone who was looking forward to buying the book in the next month or so. I’m aiming for a early 2013 release for this one, and I am really excited to start drawing the new pages. I’ve got five pages left of the original ending to draw, and then it’s onto the newer, better material.

I don’t know what it means, I was just compelled to draw it.

Here’s a self portrait made out entirely of ripped up print-out’s of my comics. I did most of the work in an art class from May to June, but just finished it up today. The word balloons are mostly taken from this old Hunter S. Thompson comic I did. I think it turned out okay. It was certainly frustrating to do.

I will never apologize for the pun.

Some mix of those famous Dr. Manhattan Watchmen panels and Neil Armstrong’s death was filtering through my brain late last night, and I ended up with this.

I’m home, hi. Here’s a comic I did in about four hours straight, to destress from working on the book. Making comics to get away from making comics. Makes sense. I didn’t think of anything ahead, I just put lines on paper until it was done.
Gretchen and Ben were eaten by cannibals.

Hello! I am supposed to be packing to head off on vacation but I thought I’d update this thing. I spent most of the week writing the last bit of the book. It’s entirely written, so that’s satisfying. I have three inked pages but not enough time to scan them all so here’s a snippet. I’ll return from the mountains in two weeks with armfuls of finished pages, hopefully.
